Our farm features an old orchard with plenty of plum trees surrounding the house. My children and I gather the plums each year to make our jam. We keep a good amount for ourselves and sell the surplus at our farm shop and online. The jam consists of 50% plums, 49% sugar, and 1% lemon juice.
